Chef Pedro Poeira

  Chef Pedro Poeira's taste and interest in cooking was boosted after an internship with Chef Chackal.

In addition to the courses he attended in order to develop his technical culinary knowledge, he had the opportunity to work directly with Chef Vitor Sobral, Chef Luís Suspiro and Chef Patrick Lefeuvre with whom he learned high standards of demand and quality.

 

The combination of academics and day-to-day experience was achieved throughout his career in some of the best restaurants and hotels in the Lisbon region, such as the Sheraton Quinta da Marinha; The Oitavos Hotel, Hotel Farol Design; Hotel Mirage; Hotel Ritz Lisbon; Corinthia Hotel; Hotel Tivoli Av.
